If I'm late, can I still play?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your game time may be shortened or your booking may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

I need to reschedule my reservation!

No problem! Please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help reschedule your booking, subject to our rescheduling policy and available time slots.

How many people can play at once?

Each game has a recommended minimum and maximum number of players. Most of our rooms are designed for 2–10 participants, but capacity varies by game. Check the room details on our booking page for specific limits.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. We highly recommend booking your game in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but reservations are the best way to guarantee your spot.

How much does it cost?

Ticket prices vary depending on the game and the number of participants. Visit our booking page for the latest pricing, special offers, and group packages.

Is this a haunted house?

No. We are an escape room experience focused on teamwork, puzzles, and immersive storytelling. While some rooms may have suspenseful or mysterious themes, they are not haunted houses.

How long do I have to complete the game?

Most escape room experiences last 60 minutes. Please allow approximately 75–90 minutes for your visit, including the game briefing and post-game wrap-up.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

Our games are suitable for a wide range of ages. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Some rooms may have recommended minimum ages due to puzzle difficulty or themes.

Do I have to arrive in advance?
